SMART food display case is available in the following configurations: cold ventilated for pastry and deli shops, dual mode function (ventilated cold and dry-heat), praline, bread, pizza, dry-heat, bain-marie and ambient display cabinet. SMART’s range includes linear modules of the following lengths 1000, 1350, 1750, 2150 mm and corners, glass structure of two heights 1180 e 1380 mm. The different modules are manufactured in high quality steel with bottom part which can be lifted for easy cleaning, fit perfectly with the various BRX bar modules, providing an uninterrupted serving counter blending harmoniously into a single composition.
